Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us and we have reserved time especially for you! Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in no loss of float credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time and "no shows" will result in a full charge for the session with no refund or credit for the future session (except for extraordinary circumstances). Gift cards, individual floats/services, packages, and special offers are all nonrefundable.
